Refund Policy

At APEX WALLET SOLUTION, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our users. Please read our refund policy carefully:

 

No Refund on Successful Wallet Loads

 

Once the amount has been successfully added to the wallet, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.

 

Failed Wallet Loads / Amount Deducted but Not Credited

 

In case the wallet is not loaded successfully and the amount has been deducted from the customer’s account, the deducted amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 15 working days.

 

Dispute Resolution

 

Users are required to share the transaction details (transaction ID, date, amount, and payment method) with our support team to help us validate and process refunds in case of failed transactions.
